A: This is true, 4 VCs back MemePad.
Q: Is there a project that you are going to be taking on a launch soon?
A: We are currently sifting through the 80+ projects that have applied to IDO on our platform, we want to make sure we choose the absolute best project for our holders and the platform.
Q: Will you be burning tokens?
A: Very likely yes, some amount will be burned in the future. But never minted:)
Q: What is some of the criteria you’ll be using to determine which coins are launched on memepad?
A: We are looking for micro-cap coins with long term growth potential that will accelerate value for $MEPAD holders both short and long term! They must have a solid marketing/branding background and the design of the project site needs to be immaculate
Q: Will the supply increase?
A: No, supply can never increase.
Q: How’s it going with your audits? Any challenges
A: All audits going smoothly, will post results soon. Look at token contract code, it is very clean with lots of comments. Our team are very clean coders.
Q: What plans do you have for marketing and social media growth?
A: Tiktok and Youtube are becoming increasingly popular for memecoins, so we are going to target this crowd with sponsorship campaigns with jargon such as “Launch your own Memecoin with MemePad” this will give us a lot of exposure as many Gen Z and millenials are trying to create and get more involved with the Memecoin mania.
Q: can we stake MEPAD for new IDO coins?
A: Yes, there are 2 types of staking:
1: Staking for allocations
2: Staking to earn IDO coins for free.
Type #2 will be able to let all users in, regardless of tier size. So all staking sizes earn fair amounts of IDO tokens. But tiers are for allocations.
Q: Are you planning to dox yourselves?
A: Not at the moment, we do not see the need. But we do intend to internally dox all projects that want to list on our launchpad to make sure they are not scammers, and feel out the devs, make sure they are quality.
A: Please Explain for ido . how many token hold ? or Share pool ? If we are gonna give kyc for each sale they better do too.
Q: Yes, agreed. (about kyc). For the allocation staking tiers, these numbers will be formally announced tomorrow. For sharing of the pool, we plan to charge 5% of total token supply as a fee for launching on MemePad. This will be put into a pool for stakers of MEPAD to earn free allocations in projects
Q: Any marketing for next weeks? YouTubers or Tiktok Creator?
Q: Yes, we’re looking to get a few strong tiktokers to promote MemePad and the “Launch your own memecoin” concept to everyone.
Q: What are the different tiers?
A: 3 tiers: Pleb (10k Tokens), Chad (69k Tokens) & Elon (420k Tokens)
Q: ETA for platform?
A: 2 weeks from today, give or take a day. We will announce a formal date soon, but development has began several weeks ago. We only launched the site and telegram group recently.

A: We put in $50,000 and 100,000,000 MEPAD into initial liquidity
4) Why are the tokens only locked for 14 days? Any advisors or partners to be announced? Will you apply for an audit?
A: The LP tokens are permanently locked, so no risk of rug. Also no “mint function”. The other token locks will be extended, but we may need to access some tokens for marketing/staking rewards.
We are currently undergoing an audit by Chainsulting, the results will be posted when they are made available to us
Yes, a few lined up already, but we are going to strategically time their announcements.
Q: What’s your plan to not reduced price with staking? What are the current plans for marketing other than TikTok
A: We will give rewards in the form of project allocations, and their tokens (not ours), to limit inflation.Thanks for the developer’s enthusiasm.
Q. Why not burning token for instead locked it?
A: Because we plan on using them in the future. But for now, we will lock them, so no FUD about “devs dumping” occurs, we’re here for the long haul.
